Pricing built around care, consistency and how your project is handled.
Every project is priced based on how it’s handled — including digitizing, setup, garment type, and stitch complexity.
Whether it’s a single meaningful piece or ongoing work, pricing is structured to keep results consistent and easy to repeat over time.
What to expect
Every project is handled differently — so pricing is structured accordingly.
Smaller projects reflect the time and setup required
to produce individual pieces with accuracy.
Larger or ongoing projects are structured differently,
where production flow and efficiency change how pricing is applied.
Every project is reviewed individually so pricing stays consistent,
intentional, and aligned with the work being done.
General pricing guidance
Important:
These ranges reflect projects where garments are provided or sourced through My Stitches Studio.
Projects using customer-provided garments may be priced differently depending on material, preparation requirements, and risk.
Small Projects (1—6 pieces)
Small Chest: $22—$40 / piece
Large Designs: $35—$70+ / piece
Hats: $25—$45 / piece
Mid-Size Projects (7—50 pieces)
Small Chest: $18—$35 / piece
Larger Designs: $30—$60+ / piece
Hats: $20—$40 / piece
Large Projects (50+ pieces)
At this scale, projects are structured as production runs rather than standard per-piece pricing.
As setup and production flow become more efficient, cost per piece decreases accordingly.
Digitizing & Setup
Digitizing is the process of preparing your design for embroidery.
This is typically a one-time cost ranging from $25—$75+, depending on design complexity.
Files are saved and archived so repeat projects do not require additional setup.
In many cases, digitizing is reduced or waived for larger projects.
Rush Projects
Rush projects are available when capacity allows and include an additional charge based on turnaround time and project size.
Availability is confirmed during the review process.
Some shops do operate in the $12—$14 range — typically through higher volume production or outsourcing.
This studio focuses on smaller, carefully handled runs so everything stays consistent —especially for projects that are reordered over time.
